1. The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. The Social Iron makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied as to the operation of this site or the information, content, materials, or products included on this site.

2. Use of the site is at your sole risk. To the full extent permissible by applicable law, The Social Iron disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

3. The Social Iron will not be liable for any damages of any kind from the use of the website, including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive and consequential damages.

4. In order to access the Service, you will be required to register for an Account. You may register for an Account by allowing us to access your name and other profile information through existing accounts you may have on the social networking website Facebook.

5. You agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself when registering for an Account, including any credit card information and maintain and promptly update your Account to keep it true, accurate, current and complete.

6. You agree to be charged for the usage of the Services and authorize The Social Iron Pte Ltd and its affiliates to charge your debit/credit card for any and all Fees incurred by you for your use of the services.


These are our terms and conditions tied to our ironing services

1. Any issues to be raised to The Social Iron within 24 hours after return.

2. Any compensation related to damages or misplaced will be in accordance to the International Fair Claims Guide for Consumer Textile Products, shall be limited to ten (10) times the charge for ironing the garment.

3. The Social Iron reserves the right to reject if there is significant risk of ironing damage to the item or if item is in an unacceptable condition. Any fees paid for such an item, will be refunded to the customer or not counted to their subscription package.

4. The Social Iron is not liable for any loose or missing items found on the clothes.

5. In the event that the customer is unavailable for the return appointment, The Social Iron will make one more attempt to return the clothes on the next return schedule.

6. Customers have a period of 6 weeks to use up their one month package (4 cycles). Please give us 24 hr notice prior to collection if you would like to skip a session. Missed collections will be counted towards the package.

7. Customers can vary the number pieces given each cycle.

8. There will be no refunds for the packages once the service has commenced.

9. Unused pieces and collections will be carried forward to your next subscription package should you choose to renew.
