REGISTER YOUR ACCOUNT

Register your account here. Key in your email and password and we will send you an email for verification.

Do check your spam box if you have not received the email after 5 minutes.

 

 

UPDATE YOUR PROFILE

Once you have verified your email, you need to login to your account and fill in your address and contact details.

 

YOUR AREA’S SCHEDULE

After completing your profile, you can view the next delivery schedules for you area under HOME. Delivery schedules may vary from area to area but will always be done during the night.

Do note that the schedule may change due to holidays.

PURCHASING YOUR FIRST PACKAGE

CHOOSING THE RIGHT PACKAGE

The bigger the package you buy, the lower the average cost to iron each piece. Each package is valid for 4 collections over the next 10 weeks. Some customers may choose to buy a bigger package and get us to come fortnightly. Other customers who need regular weekly service will buy a smaller package.

Start your purchase by selecting BUY. Package price includes delivery but you need to provide your own hangers.

WHEN TO START?

After choosing your package, you can select when you want the collections to start.

You can start your package up to 4 weeks later. The 10 week validity only starts from your first collection.

If you require your clothes to be ironed and folded, you have to purchase our reusable folding bags. Each folding bag can hold up to 14 pieces of clothing. You can choose the number of bags you would like to purchase here.

PLAN YOUR DELIVERIES

We will automatically book the next 4 consecutive weeks for you. You can see a BOOKED on the top right of each booked collection

You can reschedule the dates by clicking on the RESCHEDULE button on the bottom right of each booked collection. Rescheduling is possible till 24 hrs before delivery starts.

PREPARING FOR COLLECTION

LEAVING INSTRUCTIONS

In each booked collection, there is a button to leave instructions for both the collect and the return. You can add instructions till 24 hrs before delivery starts.

We practice communal delivery … there is no restrictions on what instruction you can leave but we recommend to “take only what you need” and provide as many options available for your driver to ensure successful delivery for yourself and your neighbours. For example “after 9pm”, “12pc in bag hung on door knob”

PREPARE YOUR CLOTHES

Pack your clothes and hangers in a bag. Your bag will be returned together with your ironed clothes. If you do not have a bag, you can get one from your delivery driver.

If you require your clothes to be ironed and folded, place these clothes in the purchased folding bag and pass them to the delivery driver.

If you would like to reuse the plastic covers and clips from your previous delivery, you can include them in the bag.

TRACK YOUR DELIVERY

You can view the progress of the delivery on the bottom left of the collection. We will show you how many more stops the driver has to make before it is your turn.

HOW MANY PIECES?

Upon collection, you can inform the driver how many pieces you will be providing. The driver will provide you with an order chit with the pieces collected.

If you will not be present during the collection, you can inform the driver via post it note or whatsapp/sms us at our hotline.

You can give as many pieces as you want. Do inform us in advance if you are giving more than 50% of your usual allotment.

NICE IRONED CLOTHES

The clothes will be ironed and either hung on the hanger and covered with a plastic cover or folded inside the purchased folding bags

We will try our best to return the clothes within 2 days and inform you if there are any delays

From 3 July 2019, we will change our return policy from 2 days to 3 days.

YOUR FEEDBACK COUNTS

We love to hear from you. Are the ironed clothes to your expectation? What can be improved?

Your feedback will be passed on to the ironer without mentioning who it came from.

WHAT’S NEXT

RENEWING YOUR PACKAGE

Once you have 2 or less collections remaining, you can buy your next package. Your remaining pieces and collections will be brought forward to your next package.
